The provision of legal services is provided to clients by In Omnia Paratus Law Corporation which was incorporated on 1 July 2011 under the Business Corporations Act S.B.C. 2002, c. 57 .  The corporation remained inactive until it received its permit from the Law Society of British Columbia authorizing it to carry on the practice of law in British Columbia.
